Meet Nicky & MK
Nicky wants to live in a world filled with happiness, laughs that make you have to pee, and adventures that make you contemplate all of your life decisions.
As a trainer with more than 10 years of experience, she’s worked with handfuls of clients looking to get better. She feeds off the energy of growth and barrier smashing.
When she’s not coaching you can find her wrestling in the yard with her family, working out with really heavy weights or hanging with her ladies – because that’s living life.
MK is best described as a lovable teddy bear. He has an infectious child-like personality what reminds you life is more fun with a laugh.
His experience as a linebacker in the NFL brings intensity in the gym, but his smile balances this intensity with a warm personality that is sure to inspire you to live every minute of life with compassion and zeal.
This dynamic duo will be your toughest, but most loving coaches.
